GCS Technology Services is dedicated to supporting a safe, responsible digital environment that enables the learning and growth of GCS' students and staff.  At present, GCS is a one-to-one district where every student has their own dedicated GCS device, iPads for PreK-3rd grade students and Chromebooks for 4th-12th grade students.

Technology Services provides information about: 

• Help with Student Resource Logins (Beanstack, Canvas, Clever, Google Drive, Microsoft, etc.)
• iPads, including Zscaler Login Instructions if using GCS iPads at home
• Chromebooks
• District-Approved Websites & Resources (table of resources)

 

Expectation 1: Students will have their GCS device at school each day as well as all other necessary equipment (headphones, earbuds, mouse, etc.)

Expectation 2: Students will properly care for their GCS device.

Expectation 3: Students will use their GCS device for instructional purposes.

Expectation 4: Students will use their GCS device at appropriate times.

Expectation 5: Students will balance the time they spend on and off their devices.
